Dental Dictionary
Dental Insurance is designed to assist the cost of dental care. Unlike medical insurance, most dental benefits do not cover the full cost of care. Dr. Chernin is a participant of Delta Dental Premiere Insurance. If the patient and Dr. Chernin do not have a contractual agreement with the insurance carrier, here at Forever Teeth we will submit any claim, but any remaining balance not covered by your dental benefits plan will be expected. Some dental benefit plans require that the treatment plan be reviewed to determine whether the plan provides reimbursement for the procedures before treatment starts. Through Pre-Authorization, Dr. Chernin will help her patients determine which services are their financial responsibilities.
